On the 12th of February this year, the fourth Prime Minister of Malaysia, Dr Mahathir Mohamad, launched the Malaysian Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) program. There were seven flagships, namely

And the opportunity arose when his friend and ex-coursemate, 陈竹 Chen Zhu, visited him in 槟城州 Penang.
